Company does not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any ability/inability to access or to use the Site.

You also acknowledge that through this Site, Company merely provides intermediary services in order to facilitate booking of tickets and hotel services to you. Company is not the last-mile service provider to you and therefore, Company shall not be or deemed to be responsible for any lack or deficiency of services provided by any person (airline, travel/tour operator, hotel, facility or similar agency) you shall engage or hire or appoint pursuant to or resulting from, the material available in this Site.

Mytraveldesk will not be liable to you or to any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused from out of your usage of this Site.

If for any reason, law does not permit exclusions of liability then, the liability of Mytraveldesk.in shall be limited to such amount paid by the user and retained by the Mytraveldesk.in for the transaction in question.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Mytraveldesk may add to, modify or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time as it may deem fit, without notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use or any terms posted on this Site apply as soon as they are posted. By continuing to use this Site after any changes are posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes.

Mytraveldesk may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other Content posted on this Site, including features and specifications of products described or depicted on the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.

Mytraveldesk reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety and integrity of Company's systems as well as its clients and users interests are and remain, well-protected. Towards this end, Company may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of orders placed by you.

If Mytraveldesk, in its sole and exclusive discretion, concludes that the said orders are not or do not reasonably appear to be, authentic, enforceable or valid, then Company may cancel the said orders at any time up to 06 hours before the scheduled time of departure of the relevant flight or 24 hours before the expected date of visit to any property booked through Company.

You may travel to certain destinations, which involve greater risks than others, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences.

Mytraveldesk requests you to consult your local authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions, warning, announcements, and advisories issued by them before booking travel to certain international destinations.

By offering for sale travel to particular destinations, Company does not represent or warrant that travel to such point is advisable or without risk. Company does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.

Mytraveldesk reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted herein, in any respect. Company shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.

Mytraveldesk reserves its right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion hereof without notice.

No waiver by Mytraveldesk of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative.

PROMOTION CODES

Mytraveldesk generates promotion codes from time to time, which may be availed on the Site as a discount coupon. Users are advised that the promotional offer of using Promotion Codes for receiving discounts can be availed only if correct and full details (of the promotional code) are filled in at the time of making the booking. In case if the customer fails to enter the promo code before making the booking, Mytraveldesk shall not be liable to give any credit to the customer after the booking has been made.

Considering there are multiple promotional offers running on the site, user can avail the benefit of only one offer at a time. No two promotional codes can be combined at the time of making a booking.

DISPUTES

If any dispute arises between you and Mytraveldesk during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. Both parties shall agree to a sole arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Delhi. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.

The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.

These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

DOMESTIC FLIGHT POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

Every booking made on Mytraveldesk.in is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class. In addition to the airline cancellation charges, Mytraveldesk.in will charge Rs 250 per passenger per segment for each cancellation.

Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy.

Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic or email (For emails travel date must be more than 48 Hrs) through our customer support shall be entertained. Mytraveldesk.in shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium.

For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 4 hours before departure, you'll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled. We will not be able to provide any assistance for these cancellations.

For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before departure, you'll need to contact our customer care executive through telephone. The request through any other medium will not be entertained.

If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Mytraveldesk.in will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.

To cancel the tickets over the phone, call the customer care numbers 094770 77777 in-between 08:30 hours to 20:30 hours from Monday to Saturday.

Refund:

It is mandatory to contact Mytraveldesk for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at mytraveldesk.in.

All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to Mytraveldesk by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process.

Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.

Convenience charge of Rs 150 for one-way flight and Rs 250 for round-trip flights is a non-refundable fee and it shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests.

The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the debit card.

On the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.

In case, where the user has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Company with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Company within 48 hours of the cancellation request.

The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).

Company will be able to initiate customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline.

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

Every booking made on Mytraveldesk.in is subject to cancellation charges charged by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.

Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline's policy. There will no refund in such cases.

On top of the airline's cancellation charges, Mytraveldesk.in charges a service fee of Rs 500 per passenger per journey for all cancellations.

All cancellations should be done at least 48 hrs (2 days) prior to departure date. Certain airlines do not allow any changes or cancellation within 48 hrs and treat the booking as a "No Show".

For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 48 hours prior to departure, you'll need to contact our customer support team @ 094770 77777.

If you have done a 'Web/Tele Check-in' with the airline, get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Mytraveldesk will not be able to process the refund for the same and will not take any responsibility for the same.

To cancel the tickets offline over the phone, call the customer care numbers 094770 77777 in-between 08:30 hours to 20:30 hours from Monday to Saturday.

Refunds:

It is mandatory to contact Company for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at mytraveldesk.in.

Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary and shall be done within 7 to 15 days.

Refund for partially utilized tickets (for e.g.:- only one sector flown & other sector cancelled) may take minimum of 25 to 30 working days up to 6 months depending on the Airline.

HOTEL POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

Mytraveldesk offers FREE CANCELLATION to its entire hotel booking users. This means Mytraveldesk doesn't levy any cancellation fee of its own.

However hotels being booked may have their own cancellation policy and may charge user accordingly.

Cancellations can be done online as well through our call-center.

Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. Company shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel without intimating Company and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail.

If you don't show up at the hotel, you'll still be charged the entire amount.

Modifications & Refunds:

Mytraveldesk doesn't support changes and modifications to online bookings once they're made.

Don't call the hotel directly for reservation changes or cancellations. The hotel's agents can't make changes to or process refunds for these specially negotiated rates.

Convenience charge of Rs 250 is a non-refundable fee and it shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests.

We take at least 7 to 10 working days to process refunds for bookings cancelled.

Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

ACTIVITIES (SIGHTSEEING) & TRANSFER

Cancellation Policy:

Mytraveldesk offers FREE CANCELLATION to its entire Activities (Sightseeing) and Transfer booking users. This means Mytraveldesk doesn't levy any cancellation fee of its own.

However Activities and Transfer being booked may have their own cancellation policy and may charge user accordingly.

Cancellations can be done online as well through our call-center.

Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. Company shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the Activities and Transfer vendors without intimating Company and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail.

In case of no-show, you'll still be charged the entire amount.

Modifications & Refunds:

Mytraveldesk doesn't support changes and modifications to online bookings once they're made.

Don't call the vendors directly for reservation changes or cancellations. The vendors can't make changes to or process refunds for these specially negotiated rates.

Convenience charge of Rs 250 is a non-refundable fee and it shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests.

We take at least 7 to 10 working days to process refunds for bookings cancelled.

Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Cancellation Policy:

Mytraveldesk offers FREE CANCELLATION to its entire Travel Insurance booking users. This means Mytraveldesk doesn't levy any cancellation fee of its own.

However Insurance Company's may have their own cancellation policy and may charge user accordingly.

Cancellations can be done online as well through our call-center.

Only those cancellation requests which are made either online or on the phone to our customer support team shall be entertained. Company shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made directly to the Activities and Transfer vendors without intimating Company and also through any other medium including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail.

Modifications & Refunds:

Mytraveldesk doesn't support changes and modifications to online bookings once they are made.

Don’t call the Insurance Company directly for cancellations. The Insurance Company can't process refunds.

We take at least 7 to 10 working days to process refunds for bookings cancelled.

Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.
